Step 1.
To join the Urban Mission Team, please fill out the online application/registration form at the Apply/Register link below.
Step 2.
Once we receive all applications by the deadline, or all spots have been filled, we will contact you to inform you of your participation and to determine your final registration costs (depending on amount received from the Diocesan Grant and from donations).
If we inform you that you are joining the team, you will then also need to sign and email the Mar Thoma Diocesan Liability Release Form.
